Top Dog Agility, Obedience and Flyball Association is a non-profit society located in Prince George, British Columbia.
Top Dog is proud to be putting on a demonstration at the 100th annual Prince George Exhibition (PGX). We have been given a prime spot of 3:30 - 4:15 on Sunday, August 12 to host an event highlighting the club’s activities, dogs and handlers. This will be an exciting event and great advertisement for Top Dog. Lets go play people!
Top Dog will be hosting a trial on August 18 and 19, 2012 at Henke's Farm Paddock. The judges are Kirsten Locke and Julia Sutherland. The entry form is now available. Please note that entries must be received by August 8.
At our May trial we decided to go back to having people sign up for volunteering. It was not very successful. We were often hollering for volunteers to help in key positions - leash runner, gate keeper, ring crew etc. We have decided to give you all one more chance to volunteer! We will go back to assigned volunteers in our November Trial if we don't see everyone stepping up.
Each time you volunteer you will get your name entered into a draw for 1 day free trial entry. We will draw one for the end of the day Saturday and one for the end of the day Sunday. You must be in attendance during the draw to win your free trial. We will also have other small prizes that will be drawn during the day as well.
We will be having a BBQ / Potluck at the end of the day on Saturday. Bring something for Potluck and your own meat.
There will be lots of games to play - including hot dog dunking contest. If you (meaning your dog) can beat Mike's Dog Dazzle he has an exciting prize for you.
If you are attending - please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to indicate you are coming. If we do not have enough people staying - we will cancel.
Fantastic weekend with Jessica Martin. From all accounts people and dogs learned lots and are left with lots to work on. This was a scoop for TD as it is Jessica's first time teaching in the west. Many thanks to Mike Shortland for arranging the seminar! And big thanks to everyone who attended. Oh and must remember to thank the weather gods for being nice to us!
